a couple of months ago someone saw a picture i posted on instagram and said "boy, your life sure looks romantic!" i feel like social media has a way of doing that right?? we carefully select the creme de le creme of our photos to share with the world and naturally everyone things it's just all peaches and creme!

well, shoot, folks! that's just not the case over here!

i do LOVE NY. i do. but sometimes, it just really, REALLY gets under my skin! just this week, walking to take AJ lunch, i almost blew a fuse trying to deal with the hoardes of dummies walking the streets.

so here i am, to blow out that romantic candle called NY and tell you what's really going on here.

" what on earth?!?! there is literally no one else on the street except for me and you, dude!!!"

" 'scuse me, pardon me, 'scuse me, YOU KNOW WHAT! NEVER MIND!! GET OUTTA MY WAY."

"HEAVEN FORBID you have to pay for that beer and dish soap... so sorry we're in your way. clearly you're headed home to an exciting night. "

 

"you're right, this IS the MOST efficient way to get off the train. you are ALWAYS right."

hold your breath.... YEAH RIGHT!!! i'd make it to the end of the block and pass out. IDIOTS.

and that folks is the truth! when we move away, these are the things i WILL NOT miss in the slightest. so until these crazy new yorkers figure it out, it's a wrap.
